Yes, we require a security deposit that will be fully refunded upon return of the vehicle in good condition. Motorbike deposit starts from IDR 200,000 and car deposit from IDR 500,000.
Yes! We offer FREE delivery within our service area including Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Sanur, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Uluwatu. Delivery outside these areas may incur a small fee.
In case of breakdown, contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We will provide a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible. Mechanical issues are our responsibility and will not be charged to you.
Absolutely! Contact us via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your rental ends, and we will arrange the extension based on availability.
Our rental price includes basic insurance covering third-party liability. For comprehensive coverage, we offer additional insurance packages at affordable rates.
We accept cash (IDR), bank transfer, and major e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, Dana). Payment is made upon delivery of the vehicle.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee. No-show will be charged the full first day rental.
