1. Rental Agreement

By renting a vehicle from SunsetRide Bali, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The renter must be at least 17 years old for motorbikes and 21 years old for cars, and must hold a valid driving license.

2. Rental Period & Extension

The rental period starts from the time of vehicle delivery and ends at the time of vehicle return. Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Unauthorized extension may result in additional charges.

3. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required upon vehicle delivery. The deposit will be fully refunded upon return of the vehicle in good condition. Deductions may apply for damage, late return, or fuel shortage.

4. Vehicle Use

The vehicle must be used only within Bali Island. Off-road use, racing, and use under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited. The renter is responsible for any traffic violations during the rental period.

5. Damage & Insurance

The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. Basic third-party liability insurance is included. Comprehensive coverage is available as an additional option. Intentional damage or damage from reckless driving is not covered.

6. Breakdown & Maintenance

In case of mechanical breakdown, contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We will provide a replacement vehicle as soon as possible. Regular maintenance is our responsibility. The renter is not responsible for normal wear and tear.

7. Cancellation

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee equivalent to one day's rental. No-shows will be charged the full first day rental.

8. Liability

SunsetRide Bali is not liable for any personal injury, accident, or loss of personal belongings during the rental period. The renter assumes all risks associated with vehicle operation.
